Andrei.

This is coolbert:

From Yahoo "The Week" and the article by Peter Weber, Senior editor March 7, 2022.

ILLUSIONS AS LISTED ACCOUNTING FOR THE ACTIONS OF VLAD PUTIN AND THE INITIATION OF THE UKRAINE CONFLICT.

All thanks to Yahoo.

"Former Russian foreign minister lays out 3 key false things Putin believed before invading Ukraine"

"Russian President Vladimir Putin isn't acting irrationally in his invasion of Ukraine, but he made several flawed assumptions beforehand based on bad information and wishful thinking, Andrei Kozyrev, foreign minister of Russia from 1991 to 1996, argued on Twitter Sunday.

ONE, TWO, THREE AND THERE YOU HAVE IT!

War-making decisions and war-planning always based on a series of assumptions, major and minor. The GREATER the number of correct assumptions and the GREATER the number of correct major assumptions the GREATER are the chances of success.

Andrei I am not sure of his life story and perhaps he has an anti-Putin agenda. I just don't know.

Putin no more irrational than Hitler was in 1939. Wrong yes! Crazy no!
