India too has a plan for the Indian Ocean. The counter to the "String of Pearls".
India it seems lagging the Chinese even markedly so [?] it seems. A plan proposed but more on paper than in reality. A lot of catching up needed. And again, sea power in the classical sense a must. That proper combination of merchant vessels and naval force.
