The USA is as a nation a population that suffers from overweight [obesity] and even morbid obesity and has done so for many decades. Too MUCH food such an abundance has been the case ever since the end of the Second World War.

And now out of nowhere this shortage UNPRECENDENTED the solution to be implemented by invoking the Defense Production Act?
