Al-Sheitaat.

This is coolbert:

More ISIL atrocity story.

Beheadings and mass execution alleged.

The Syrian al-Sheitaat tribe I am unfamiliar with. Never heard of them before.

1. "Islamic State group 'executes 700' in Syria"

"The Islamic State group has executed 700 members of a tribe it has been battling in eastern Syria during the past two weeks, the majority of them civilians, a monitoring group said."

2. "Islamic State executed 700 people from Syrian tribe - monitoring group"

"(Reuters) - The Islamic State militant group has executed 700 members of a tribe it has been battling in eastern Syria during the past two weeks, the majority of them civilians, a human rights monitoring group and activists said on Saturday."

. . . .

"beheadings were used to execute many of the al-Sheitaat tribe, which is from Deir al-Zor province."

3. "Rights group accuses ISIS militants of mass killing up to 770 Iraqi soldiers"

Those masses of Iraqi national army troops as captured during the battle for Camp Speicher evidently also put to death, massacred.

"BAGHDAD – Militants from the Islamic State group carried out a mass killing of hundreds of Iraqi soldiers captured when the extremists overran a military base north of Baghdad in June, a leading international watchdog said Wednesday."

. . . .

"new evidence indicates Islamic State fighters killed between 560 and 770 men captured at Camp Speicher, near the city of Tikrit -- a figure several times higher than what was initially reported."

Camp Speicher once an important American military installation in Iraq. NO LONGER and in the future will be associated with infamy!

ISIL those Salafists emulating to the greatest degree possible those first three generations of Muslims.

“Then they [the Jewish Qurayzah tribe] surrendered, and the apostle [Muhammad] confined them in Medina in the quarter of d. al-Harith, a woman of B. Al-Najjar. Then the apostle went out to the market of Medina (which is still its market today) and dug trenches in it. Then he sent for them and struck off their heads in those trenches as they were brought out to him in batches. Among them was the enemy of Allah Huyayy b. Akhtab and Ka’b b. Asad their chief. There were 600 or 700 in all, though some put the figure as high as 800 or 900.” — Ibn Ishaq 690"

The devoted reader to the blog take it from there.
