Panicky.

This is coolbert:

More combat action Crimea? Panicky Russians using S-300 surface to air missiles [SAM] as used to engage Ukrainian combat drones cause massive explosions Sebastopol?

From www.yahoo.com the original story from Ukrainska Pravda VALENTYNA ROMANENKO —  29 OCTOBER 2022.

"South forces on explosions in Sevastopol: There are consequences if you shoot 'combat mosquitoes with S-300 missiles"

South forces = Ukrainian military I reasonably infer.

"South defensce forces suspect that failed launches of air defense missiles by the Russian invaders could be a reason for explosions in the occupied city of Sevastopol on Saturday."

[....]

"'These missiles have large destructive power, and they [Russian] are destroying what is truly at fault in creating this situation. Therefore, failed launches of air defense missiles may well be this reason'"

S-300 surface to air missile [NATO code name Grumble] as used to intercept attacking Ukrainian drones as the use of a sledge-hammer to swat an annoying insect. In this sense [combat mosquitoes] = Ukrainian combat drones.

Warheads of Grumble actually do contain a lot of bang-stuff! Over one-hundred kilograms [about two-hundred pounds] of high explosive.

Comrade! What goes up must come down.
