Idea to change the name of the Kamchata to Stalingrad DID NOT originate in the Kremlin. But HAS been approved by the Kremlin.

Understand full the name change not honoring Joseph Stalin but rather the Russians that fought and died defending Stalingrad during the Second World War.  The city now called [and has been called for some time now]  Volgograd.
