See the tweet for the full video. Jahmani more correctly rocket artillery rather than a conventional mortar. Burkan-2 ballistic missile surely not so also. 

Jahmani a short-range [?] rocket artillery round with a 500 kg. warhead. 500 kg. = 1100 pounds of bang stuff. Fairly immense warhead that can do a lot of damage. Mission not too dissimilar from that of the German Sturmtiger from the era of World War Two?
