Personally I consider the delay to be for other reasons!

IMHO think geo-political considerations of a regional and perhaps even global nature the main reason for Israeli procrastination! American and Israeli senior officials having to mull over all options. Hardly ever have I heard of bad weather as a cause for an Israeli postponement a major military operation of retaliatory strike. By repute Israeli combat aviators not even TAUGHT bad weather flying!

War is too important to be left to the generals?
