Foreign interventionists in the Syrian Civil War fighting in furtherance of Saudi goals.
Criminals rarely if EVER make for good soldiers. Criminals accustomed to using violence but in almost all circumstances doing so against persons far weaker than themselves and not having an ability to resist. Criminals too not used to or again EVER comporting themselves in the manner of a soldier, accepting discipline of any sort.
