A MINOR INCURSION BY RUSSIAN MILITARY FORCES INTO THE UKRAINE WILL BE TOLERATED BY THE USA? SUCH IS WHAT CAN BE INFERRED BY THE STATEMENT OF AMERICAN PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN??

WITHOUT EVEN REALIZING WHAT HE HAS SAID PRESIDENT BIDEN HAS GREEN-LIGHTED A RUSSIAN INVASION LIMITED IN SCOPE OF THE UKRAINE? CALAMITY!

Permission to proceed? Response as you might well imagine instantaneous. Clarification from a number of sources already forthcoming to the chagrin of everyone.
