She said that the fourth-generation fighter jets could be based in Poland, Slovakia and Romania"

As it was during the Korean War so will it be too in the Ukraine Conflict?

American F-16 fighter-bomber warplanes donated to the Ukrainian flown by Ukrainian pilots will be based and flown out of NATO airfields?

THE RUSSIAN TELLING NATO IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS THOSE BASES WILL NOT BE IMMUNE FROM RETALIATORY ATTACK!

During the Korean War Soviet MiG-15 combat jet warplanes being flown out of bases north of the Yalu river by American policy and rules of engagement exempt from attack!

It would seem the Russian not not so terribly guarded and inhibited by "political restraints". Escalation of hostilities with a widening European regional war a very big possible as a result!
