Consider this to be something you would have seen at Plevna, 1877.

* Russian soldiers before an attack on Adiviidka.

* They have no armor or protection.

* Their artillery has ammunition but it is obsolete and useless.

* In 10 minutes 95% of them will be dead. 

* Who does not advance will be killed by the officers behind them.

* Many never will be identified, just vanished forever.

Click on link to see the entire video courtesy, Dr. Klein. An impressive display of religiosity Russian troops just prior to moving into battle the Ukraine conflict. You will notice there are men in the video wearing ghilly suits. These are snipers who are supposed to charge forward, lay down on the battlefield if the attack is repulsed and snipe at enemy troops. Not a mission for the faint of heart. 

"The Battle of Avdiivka is an ongoing military engagement  between the Russian Armed Forces and Russian-controlled Donbas militias on one side and the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the other. It is being fought over the city of Avdiivka, located in the Donbas region."

Combat action Avdiika has continued almost continuously now for two full years under the most arduous circumstances possible without resolution up until this point.
