Go see the embedded video! Very impressive indeed. 

That vast preponderance of the $ 1 billion USD per plane fully equipped devoted electronics "suites" I can easily assume. Not that the airframe and fly-able aircraft cheap. All the goodies inside most costly of the entire package.
