"This USAI package illustrates the continued commitment to both Ukraine’s critical near-term capabilities as well as the enduring capacity of Ukraine’s Armed Forces to defend its territory and deter Russian aggression over the long term."

Among those items as procured and will be sent to the Ukrainian armed forces:

"105mm and 203mm artillery rounds"

Presumably that 203 mm round meant for Ukrainian artillery firing what was in Soviet/Russian nomenclature the 2S7 Pion howitzer. Ukraine already having a number of such weapons fielded and active.

U.S Army at one time also fielding the M110 203 mm howitzer but I believe that weapon not even mothballed any more.

2S7 howitzer still maintained in the inventory of [presumably with stockpiles of ammunition] a number of nations to include: Angola,  Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia.  Former operators too still having stockpiled ammunition?

USA has purchased quantities of 203 mm ammo for delivery to the Ukrainian. And from WHO exactly is not stated and perhaps never will be known.
