Reading this headline my instantaneous thought was that was American war plans for massive and direct intervention of USA military forces in the Ukraine Conflict. Boots on the ground as they say big time deliberated and calculated for.

But that is not so!

LEAKED war plans rather of the Ukrainian military that American military appreciation as to the time and place of an imminent Ukrainian counter-offensive. Presumably when the period of the rasputitsa lessens?

These documents makes clear WHEN the Ukrainian will be ready? As to WHERE such a counter-offensive will occur not clear!
