"This proposed budget will allegedly be allocated to replenishing weapons and munitions sent to Ukrainian forces to fight Russia in addition to enhancing American force’s capacity to fight in a potential war against China."

Money not alone will suffice. Going to take YEARS to "ramp up" production to meet demand. That war in Ukraine not over yet. Zelenskyy still adamant he needs more and more and improved and advanced war munitions. Production at current levels hardly meeting demand. Ability to replace American war-making bang stuff limited. America not even being close to the "arsenal of democracy" it was in 1945.
