Replacement for M1 Abrams has been found? Really a modified M1 it seems.

"Earlier this month, General Dynamics' unveiled 'AbramsX,' the next generation of main battle tanks that could one day replace the M1 Abrams, at the United States Army annual conference in Washington, D.C."

AUTOLOADING FEATURE THE RUSSIAN TANK FORCE CREATING A SITUATION WHERE A HIT ON THE TURRET CAN RESULT IN CATASTROPHIC DAMAGE AND TOTAL ANNIHILATION OF THE TANK AND  CREW BOTH. ISN'T ANYONE LEARING FROM THE UKRAINE CONFLICT?

That reduction in crew size meaning a greater burden on the remaining personnel having to perform normal maintenance. That too must be acknowledged.
