More of a continuing and repeated topic. Greater danger and damage done to a submarine while a boat in harbor, docked, not at-sea, undergoing repairs. Very common in fact.

Now, Canadian style HMCS Corner Brook!

"Obtained by The Canadian Press through Access to Information, the report represents another setback for Canada's four submarines, which have spent more time in repairs than at sea since being bought second-hand from Britain in 1998."

DAMAGE A RUPUTERED MAIN BALLAST TANK. DAMAGED DURING "ROUTINE" TEST! SURE ROUTINE. THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT.
