Houthi rebels in Yemen claimed responsibility for the assault, but the senior US official said that was false."

"CBS reports that the US has identified the exact locations from which more than 20 drones and cruise missiles were launched against Saudi oil facilities on Saturday. The locations are in southern Iran at the northern end of the Persian Gulf . . . the cruise missiles were fired from the southern Iranian province of Khuzestan."
