Refusal.

This is coolbert:

Hot off the presses. Rafah here we come. Ready or not. The Israeli moves south.

Apparently negotiations for a cease fire the Gazan War have failed. No trading prisoners for hostages and no cessation to mortal combat.

"Hamas' hostage deal refusal paves way for Rafah offensive"

"Opinion: Breakdown of negotiations in Cairo, coupled with deadly rocket attacks that claimed IDF soldiers' lives, points unmistakably to a single course of action: the IDF must act swiftly in Rafah; The objective is clear – neutralize the terror forces stationed there to ensure the safety of the Negev's residents and secure release of the hostages"

"The negotiations in Cairo concerning the hostages concluded without Hamas accepting the Israeli-American outline for a deal, and Sunday's rocket and mortar fire from Rafah into Israeli territory  killed three IDF soldiers.  This can lead to only one decision: The IDF should begin an operation in Rafah immediately."

I guess you can reasonably suggest was any of this negotiation done seriously and in good faith? Seriously I have my doubts.
