Not so fast everybody. The individual captured is a field grade officer of the Luhansk People's Republic militia. LPR militia now part and parcel of the Russian effort the Ukraine Conflict. A smaller fish to fry but still a fish howbeit of medium stature.

Nonetheless it does make for intriguing headlines and a lot of gist for Internet articles.
