Sepehr/Qamar/Ghadir.

This is coolbert:

From Iranian PressTV we have an update on the indigenous over-the-horizon [OTH] radar system of some formidable capability.

A system evidently being built and  becoming operational  in stages, each with extended range.

"Iran unveils new 3D long range multiple target radar system"

"Iran has unveiled a domestically-built 3D search and control radar system, Qamar, with the capability of tracking over 100 targets within a 450-kilometer radius."

. . . .

"Qamar can track multiple ground and air targets, including fighter jets and drones, over an expansive range and transfer the obtained data to the country’s air defense network."

"Sepehr . . . is an over-the-horizon radar (OTH) being developed by Iran. Little is known of the project, except it has a reported range of 3,000 km. It was scheduled to enter operational status in 2013. In August 2013, Iran announced completion of a first stage of the project with a range of only 300-700 km."

This OTH appears to be able to provide full 360 degree coverage. 3,000 kilometer range about 1,900 miles. Allows for ull coverage of the entire Middle East.

3D as described referring to the capability of the radar to pinpoint a target location, the direction and also height. The total package.
