Moscow 25 %.

This is coolbert:

Forgive me, but my instantaneous and intuitive response to this article is that this is the work of Ukrainian partisans, hitting the Russian where they live!

"Russia Maps Show 25% of Moscow Without Power Amid Winter Freeze 'Emergency"

From Newsweek ^ | 1/9/2024 | Isabel van Brugen.

"Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the nationalization of an ammunition plant in Moscow after a mechanical failure caused tens of thousands of Muscovites to lose heat and water amid freezing temperatures beginning last week. On January 4, a heating main burst at the Klimovsk Specialized Ammunition Plant in the town of Podolsk, which is around 30 miles [50 km.] south of central Moscow. Since then, tens of thousands of Russians are reported to have no heating in their homes in the Moscow region amid subzero [Celsius] temperatures"

All of this because a steam pipe at an ammunition plant near Moscow burst? It is all the way to cool at least this much we know.

Way too cool - given the living conditions in 1/4 of a Moscow right now that is a joke. I hope the devoted reader to the blog gets the joke.
