"The two navies and air forces will rehearse a multinational assault on ISIS in Libya, for which President Barack Obama is increasingly reluctant to commit US troops. The French nuclear-powered aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle is on its way to the Mediterranean for joint maneuvers with the Egyptian navy to prepare for a joint attack on ISIS in Libya . . . It will be the Egyptian navy’s first joint exercise with a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier."
