From Iranian PressTV we have an update on the indigenous over-the-horizon [OTH] radar system of some formidable capability.
A system evidently being built and becoming operational in stages, each with extended range.

It was scheduled to enter operational status in 2013. In August 2013, Iran announced completion of a first stage of the project with a range of only 300-700 km."
This OTH appears to be able to provide full 360 degree coverage. 3,000 kilometer range about 1,900 miles. Allows for ull coverage of the entire Middle East.
