tDCS.

This is coolbert:

“'In experiments, people who were watching these screens … their ability to concentrate would fall off in about 20 minutes,' . . . 'But they did studies whereby a little bit of electrical stimulation was applied, and they were able to maintain the same peak performance for 20 hours.'”

Cyborg? Cybernetic organism? It works or it doesn't work? That is the question?

"U.S. Navy Is Zapping SEALs Brains To Make Them Super Soldiers

From the article By Jennings Brown thanks to the tip from Jeff.

"But many researchers think neuro-stimulation [transcranial direct-current stimulation (tDCS)] probably doesn't work"

"The Naval Special Warfare Development Group, also known as Seal Team Six, is just one of the United States Navy teams testing out technology that would zap soldiers’ brains with electricity to boost their cognitive skills.'

The jury is still out on this one. Any and all means and methods that can give the special operator that slightest advantage need to be investigated.

As with tDCS.
