Approach!

This is coolbert:

Some details on the recent approach of Russian bomber aircraft to American airspace as occurred just only a few days ago.

NO violation of the Alaskan ADIZ occurring. Merely an approach.

"US F-22 Jets Intercept 6 Russian Warplanes 55 Miles Off The Alaskan Coast"

"six Russian military airplanes just over 50 miles away from the western coast of Alaska, military officials said Friday, among which identified as two IL-78 refueling tankers, two Mig-31 fighter jets and . . . two Tupolev Tu-95 'Bear' long-range bombers, which are known to carry tactical ICBMs with nuclear warheads among their arsenal."

Those Russian warplanes to include BEAR, FOXHOUND and MIDAS.

NO BLINDER or FENCER. BEAR capable of carrying tactical cruise missiles with nuclear warhead. NOT ICBM's.

Also FOXHOUND the stretch fuselage version of the MiG-25 FOXBAT. FOXHOUND with a crew of two and an AIR DEFENSE WARPLANE! Four FOXHOUND capable of providing the entire air defense needs of a nation the size of Britain.

Anyone find the incorporation of AIR DEFENSE WARPLANES INTO A MIX OF BOMBERS AND TANKERS UNUSUAL OR STRANGE?

coolbert.

The Russians are signalling that they can threaten the West with Soviet-era equipment, with their latest Tupolevs and Sukhois in reserve.
