There is equipment available - digital scans, thermal scans, even dogs equipped with cameras'"
BLACK CAT DOES NOT HAVE ORGANIC AERIAL LIFT CAPABILITY!! CANNOT REACH PARTS OF THE COUNTRY FROM HOME BASES UNLESS SUPPORT IS PROVIDED. THIS IS A TERRIBLE WEAKNESS THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. AND THE BLACK CAT TROOPS ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH SOPHISTICATED GEAR AS NORMALLY CARRIED BY OTHER SPECIAL OPERATIONS ANTI-TERRORIST UNITS!! Night-vision, infra-red illuminators and goggles, etc.
Hey, no one said this was going to be easy.
One could also suggest - - that it is not the gun - - but rather the man behind the gun that counts. Team work, tactics, practice, skill, are all to be preferred over technology!!??
