From MARCONI through Harry at Sharkhunters:
"yesterday [31 January] and today [1 February] has seen a larger than usual sending of RT [radio-telegraphy] traffic on the Russian frequencies. Services using these frequencies are the Air Force and Navy. Yesterday the traffic included the Russian equivalent of Force Direction Messages or Emergency Action messages . . . among the call signs logged yesterday was . . . the tug which was last week in Syria".
AND THIS MEANS? NOT SURE?
