An eclipse annular rather than total! Nonetheless creates a sense of foreboding! Some sort of Biblical prophecy is being fulfilled?

The last time an annular eclipse seen within the context of mortal combat action the Battle of Isandlwana 1879. British versus Zulu. Eclipse actually darkening the battlefield a spectacle that could hardly be seen by participants as less than some sort of omen!
