Cloaking.

This is coolbert:

Star Trek arrives the Ukraine Conflict. The cloaking device. Made available by the Klingon Empire undoubtedly.

Not exactly so obviously. Some sort of blanket when draped over a soldier blocks human bodily heat radiation from being detected by thermal imaging devices.

"Ukraine creates 'invisibility cloaks' to 'hide soldiers' from Russian drones"

From Express.co ^ | 10/04/2023 | Adam Chapman | the tip from Freeper.

"Ukraine unveiled 'invisibility cloaks' on Wednesday that will allow its soldiers to hide from Russian forces. The cloaks, created by Brave1 - a defense technology project sponsored by the Ukrainian government - do not show up on Russian thermal imaging cameras and drones, claims Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine's Minister of Digital Transformation. The ingenious invention works by blocking heat radiation, thereby rendering the soldier invisible to the enemy"

American camouflage BDU [battle dress uniform] I had always thought straight out of the factory had a dye in the material that acted in a similar manner. Prevented an individual troop from being detected by enemy thermal devices. Rumor was that the dye washed out after several cleanings and no longer present in the material to be effective.

As I have said in previous blog entries, all these various STEALTH on the battlefield does not make the combatant invisible or undetectable. Just makes it harder for the adversary to observe and discern an enemy soldier.
