This is coolbert:

Combat medic the Ukraine Conflict. On-the-Job-Training [OJT].

Thanks to https://www.rferl.org | July 31, 2023 | story Oleksiy Prodayvoda/Will Tizard.

See the video:

"Ukrainian military medic Mykola Iliychuk took his final medical exams online because he was already serving on the front line of Russia's war on his country. Now, he's driving an armored ambulance and conducting triage among Ukrainian casualties."

"triage: noun - 1a.: the sorting of and allocation of treatment to patients and especially battle and disaster victims according to a system of priorities designed to maximize the number of survivors b. the sorting of patients (as in an emergency room) according to the urgency of their need for care"

Ambulance a modified M113 armored personnel carrier. A tracked vehicle giving decent off-road capability, able to ford streams and some rivers, providing a DEGREE of armored protection against enemy small-arms fire and metal splinters from artillery and mortar rounds. To what extent mine-resistant I am not sure. With slat-armor can protect against a shaped-charged anti-armor projectile.

"M113 AMEV Armored Medical Evacuation Vehicle – Improvements in medical capabilities include an on-board oxygen production unit, a medical suction system, improved litter configuration, and provisions for a medical mentoring system."
