Culp USA.

This is coolbert:

"Bomb Techs Without Borders was founded to prevent casualties caused by landmines, IEDs, and other explosive remnants of war. We will accomplish this mission by leveraging innovative methods and technologies to conduct safety education, raise awareness, and build clearance capacity."

Here during bad times a good news story. Culp USA [Ret.] Ukraine doing yeoman duty.

"Retired Special Forces officer [USA] comes out of retirement to help in Ukraine."

Story by Christian Smith, Hendersonville Times-News May 29, 2022.

"After seeing the destruction caused by the Russian invasion, a local man's convictions brought him out of retirement and from Waynesville to Ukraine, where he is training and assisting in the removal of dangerous munitions."

MISSION EXPLOSIVE ORDNANCE DISPOSAL [EOD]. DEFUSE OR ELIMINATE AS A THREAT UNEXPLODED ORDNANCE [UXB] UKRAINE.

"Retired U.S. Army Special Forces Lt. Col. John Culp l[sixty-nine years old!!] left the U.S. on April 5 to volunteer with Bomb Techs Without Borders, a non-profit dedicated to preventing deaths by landmines, IEDs and other explosive remnants of war."

[....]

"Culp's army career began as an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technician, and he spent much of his time working with and training others on the disposal of explosives. In Kharkiv, he said he was also training an International Legion Unit, a collection of volunteers from other countries"

I can well imagine the landscape of Ukraine to be littered with UXB for decades to come. Even one-hundred years after the end of the Great War French farmers still killed while tilling their fields. Ukraine hardly to going to be an exception.
