NOT REFUSE THE VACCINE ITSELF BUT STOP AIDING IN THE DI8TRIBUTION OF THE VACCINE!

THE FIRST TIME IN DECADES! WELL, I AM GLAD FOR THAT. MUTINY OF COURSE NORMALLY DEFINED AS A COLLECTIVE DISOBEDIENCE TO ORDERS!!

I'm afraid this fellow has gotten himself into some trouble he later might greatly regret. Too late now.
