Click on image to see an enlarged view. Again, honestly, I cannot see that riling the Russians in such a manner is worth it. Almost as if a bully is antagonizing another person just for the sake of doing so.

This is a FONOP. Freedom of Navigation Operation. U.S. Navy their intentions good just the "hustle" is wrong.
