Once more WOKE stuff the military. So much WOKE recently. This one too. Like I have said before I normally avoid such topics but here goes.

Controversial subject from American history as depicted and deemed as OFFENSIVE but must be taken in context of the whole?

Triptych USMA West Point an artistic rendering of American history including an image so odious it merits removal?

"Sculptor Laura Gardin Fraser, in notes she left to West Point about the piece, referred to the Klan as 'an organization of white people who hid their criminal activities behind a mask and sheet.' She presented the three-panel mural to the school in 1965, depicting several decidedly pro-Union images of the Civil War."

I might mention that triptych includes in the pantheon persons of importance American history to include Osceola and Tucumseh. American Indian chiefs who fought AGAINST the U.S. military.
