A power source or a weapon source or both?

American and other scientists around the world have been working on nuclear fusion devices for many decades now. Have made incremental improvements at achieving nuclear fusion but to date not even close to approaching the level of a operating fusion reactor feasible to bring on-line in some capacity. Always more energy in than energy out.

The electro-magnetic railgun never achieving the results as desired also after decades or research and development. I guess this FUSION apparatus is a believe-it-when-you-see-it proposition.
