USA Army desperate to regain discharged military personnel?

Army troops those refusing the mandated/obligatory Covid-10 immunization and let go from their enlistment contract now can rejoin? 

Comments:

* I am not sure if this is a genuine Army recruiting poster or a photo-shopped extracted/edited and "cobbled" images.

* Military police and vehicle mechanic only two MOS [military occupation specialty] that are instantly transferrable to the civilian sector.

* Persons prior service but discharged as a result of refusing the Covid-19 vaccine I am wondering if will receive: 1. Rank. 2. Back pay with interest. 3. Credit for time lost counting for retirement. 4. An expunging of any record 201 file of less than honorable behavior.
