We can safely say that before Boris there was Ludwig.

A symphony in honor of a military battle won, the defeat of the French army during the Peninsular Campaign. The Duke of Wellington commanding the allied forces. "Wellington's Victory".

Vitoria and the allied victory over the French a  decisive victory of great significance throughout Europe worthy of a commemorative symphony:
