EVERYONE ANTICIPATING THE 9 MAY VICTORY DAY RED SQUARE FOR SOME SORT OF ANNOUNCEMENT OF A GRAND NATURE TO OCCUR.

Pronouncements that might include but will hardly be limited to: * Declare victory and go home. Objectives attained. * General mobilization of the population and Russian society for a continued protracted war. * Continued threats of global thermonuclear war.
