W. BUSH (CVN 77) as well as USS GERALD R. FORD (CVN 78) on an unplanned maintenance action and according to Fleet Maintenance Records, the cost is in excess of $400,000 [USD] each time!"

Those are brand new ships and there not be such a problem. But there is. AND CONSIDER THE COST!!
