To prevent hacking of computer systems and intercept of radio-frequency communications, the U.S. Navy communicating via weighted bags containing messages as dropped from airplanes.

Within the military context sometimes the old-fashioned ways are the BEST ways!

Naval signalling from times of yore to include but scarcely limited to:

* Aldis lamps. * Flag hoist. * Semaphores. * Megaphones.

Add weighted bags with written messages.
