In the aftermath of an apocalyptic war with the extinction of the human species only squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits and other assorted rodentia will inhabit the earth. This is perhaps not such a bad thing so will some think?

Also in the aftermath of an even worse global thermonuclear war only insects will be the remaining life form. That too will not be such a bad thing? WITHOUT INTELLIGENCE THERE CAN BE NO STUPIDITY!
