An Iranian Raad-85 drone as seen in this image was used for the attack on the Turkish troops?

Was anyone prior to this moment even aware that Iran had a drone with attack capability?

Raad-85 is a suicide drone? Does not fire a missile analogous to the American Hellfire but rather the operator crashes the UAV into the target?
