"The Islamic State has reportedly put to death 8 Dutch fighters after they fought with Iraqi leaders in Raqqa and tried to desert the terrorist groups’ ranks. Several other members of the 75-strong Dutch jihadi group, some of Moroccan origin, had been arrested amid rising tensions with ISIS intelligence operatives from Iraq."

This type of headline I have a problem with.

Those deserters NOT DUTCHMEN AS THE WORD DUTCHMEN NORMALLY, COMMONLY AND ORDINARILY UNDERSTOOD.

Persons having perhaps been born in Holland or traveling on a Dutch passport but NOT DUTCHMEN AS  WE UNDERSTAND THE WORD DUTCHMEN.
