"Russia speeds two new weapons to Syria, the 2S19 Msta-S self-propelled howitzer and the TOS-1 220mm multiple rocket launcher after its Khmeimin military outside Latakia comes under rebel attack. Their delivery indicates Moscow’s expansion of its ground war in Syria."
