Kim DPRK.

This is coolbert:

Grand strategy gone amok? Comrade Kim of the DPRK [North Korea] having taken note of the recently announced AUKUSA alliance and submarine deal. Comrade Kim now making noises of an unwanted and bellicose nature.

From the Internet web site Zero Hedge and the article BY TYLER DURDEN.

"North Korea Says AUKUS Submarine Deal Will Trigger 'Dangerous' Nuclear Arms Race"

"North Korea has weighed in on the major tussle among Western allies which has seen France become isolated in the Indo-Pacific as it lashes out against the 'duplicity' of partner nations Australia and the US. The north's foreign ministry said in statements carried by the official KCNA news agency that Washington's intentions to transfer nuclear-powered submarines to Australia sets a 'dangerous' precedent for the region which threatens to set off a nuclear arms race."

Surely it is understood that Kim of the DPRK has hardly in the past needed a reason to make noises of an "unwanted and bellicose nature". Rather he is in the habit of making pronouncements of a bombastic and threatening nature all the time and enjoys doing so.

NOR has Kim of the DPRK ever need a reason to increase his stockpile of atomic weapons or continue development of long-range weapons delivery systems carrying nuclear warheads.

Kim does talk a lot and this "noise" is just that? Trying to scare but not really scaring?
