IT-1.

This is coolbert:

Before there was the Israeli Pereh there was the Soviet IT-1. The latter from the era of the Cold War and also a secret weapon!

Pereh successful, IT-1 not so much so. IT-1 can even be seen as an exaggeration of Soviet weapons development and military capability.

From the Soviet defector Suvorov:

"The IT-1 is built on a T-62 tank chassis but is armed with the `Drakon' anti-tank rocket instead of a gun. Each Army has one battalion of IT-1s [eighteen vehicles?], which are kept in mothballs, well concealed and never seen even by the battalion's own soldiers. If the Army to which it belongs is posted abroad, the battalion remains on Soviet territory, to all appearances an ordinary tank battalion. Its soldiers are given instruction in tactics and driving and maintenance of the vehicles but ordinary tanks or training simulators are used for this."

"The IT-1  ‘tank destroyer-1’ was a Soviet cold war missile tank based on the hull of the T-62. The tank fired specially designed 3M7 Drakon missiles from a pop-up launcher. It saw a very limited service between 1968 and 1970. The large dead zone around the tank created by the missiles' minimum range combined with the limited amount of ammunition carried made it unpopular with the military. Also, the 520 kg of guidance equipment needed for the missile was impractical."

"In 1968 the vehicle was put into limited production, which continued until 1970."

THAT THREAT ON PAPER MUCH GREATER THAN THE REALITY. ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF THE IT-1 MANUFACTURED AND THEN NOT EVEN HARDLY AS EFFECTIVE AS FEARED!
