NORAD ADIZ.

This is coolbert:

Here with some images of the North American Air Defense Identification Zones [ADIZ]. Understood as part of NORAD [North American Air Defense], a joint American and Canadian military mission.

North American ADIZ. North American to include the United States and Canada. Aircraft in those shaded areas not identified subject to intercept and possible shoot-down.

Alaska requiring an extensive ADIZ. Almost the entire Bering Sea included those Aleutian Islands part of a geological continuum stretching almost all the way to Japan!

North American Air Defense to include the various BMEWS radars capable of tracking missile launches from Russia. Also those Cold War radar installations of the DEW Line, Mid-Canada Line and Pine Tree Line to some extent still operational. AD also looking southward toward Cuba!
